Hello,
my name is Karen Caprino-Burg. I was married at 18, had my daughter at
20 and divorced at 23. The next 14 years were spent as a single mom
climbing the corporate ladder. I then returned to school and focused my
studies towards ultimately working with cancer patients. While I worked
hard at being a good mom, I wasn’t always there when I wanted to be.
While in graduate school, I met my husband Mark and found myself in a
blended family with five children. Mark and I had always wanted to own
our own business so we opened three franchise restaurants. We
invested our retirement funds, worked all the time, had no time to
nurture our new family, had no time for each other, and were just plain
miserable.
Then a friend introduced me to our partner company. We sure weren’t
looking for a business, but it made so much sense and it did not have
any of the negatives of traditional business – no large investment, no
employees, no inventory, no paperwork, no working 363 days of the year!
But most of all, it was a company I could get passionate about since
their products can help everyone. Rather than being in the sickness
business, this company allows me to be in the WELLNESS business and be
proactive.
We recognized that there was a real need to tell the world about these
better, safer, safer products and that there is a great way for
everyone to reach their goals. So we decided to Share our Success – SOS
and created Moms SOS so we can help others.
What we have found is people really do care about other people. The
encouragement, support and teamwork within Moms SOS are amazing.
Everyone helps everyone in so many positive ways.

When
thinking about a business that could offer the best of both worlds, to
have a career and yet still be home to take care of my children, it just
did not seem possible. Before I was introduced to Moms-SOS, I was
working full-time as an accountant and my husband was a teacher. With
the strong desire to be at home and raise my son, I really did not think
there was that perfect solution out there. When I was introduced to
Moms-SOS, we were struggling with some health challenges with my son and
me personally. The company that we partner with became our answer and
we truly developed a belief in the wellness products they offered. This
company changed our lives and we knew how it could change so many
others. My “Why” to build my business was being there for my son and
our future family.
My husband and I have
been so impressed with the values, the integrity and the honesty that is
truly the foundation of this company. As an accountant, I had looked at
many corporate companies and was never as impressed as I was to see the
continued increase in growth for 21 consecutive years. I was looking
for a company that could provide our family with a sense of balance and
a steady stream of residual income.
We have been blessed with
our second child and how wonderful it has been to be home with both my
children, to watch them grow, to have the freedom to play at the park
and just enjoy our time together. God has truly blessed us to be a part
of this great group of moms and more, to learn and grow together. We
have a fantastic team and I am so grateful for the new friendships and
the wonderful business opportunity I have found in Moms-SOS.

I have been an entrepreneur for
over 10 years, having started a video production company with 3 partners
in 1994. Although we’d won awards for business achievements and were
successful, I was looking for something that could create long-term
financial security for my family, as well as, time freedom to do the
things we want to do.

months pregnant with my first child. I was already looking for a way to

I
was not looking for an opportunity like Moms SOS offered however once I
was introduced it just all made perfect sense. Earning extra income
monthly was an enticing idea however helping other people along the way
was even more meaningful. I realized this company has the integrity and
genuine interest in truly promoting and helping families live healthier
lives. The products offered by our partner company made a positive
difference in our home and our health but did not cost more then what I

My

I was a very successful “consultant”
in training and development of sales people and sales
managers…….you know the “successful consultant” that makes a lot of
money on a big contract one month, and then sees absolutely no income
the next month (and maybe even for several months following!)....the
same kind of consultant that if you do a good job they don’t need you
again, and if you do a bad job they don’t want you again!!!! In other
words, absolutely no residual stream of income…..no income

retiring from teaching high school students for many years, I
was ready to try something new. Unfortunately, I was not sure what that
would be. After several months of job hunting that produced little in
the way of promising employment, I was approached by Moms SOS. Ten
minutes into the presentation, I knew this company had what I was
looking for: a business that allowed me to feel I was helping people as
